FINALE
After all, it’s only a dream. —Laura Pennington a.k.a. Dorothy McGuire in The Enchanted Cottage with Robert Young, 1945
Dreamland
The overtaking of loneliness allows the romantic and creative spirit of a dream to resurrect itself, for only the blind can see the truth with the true insight of their heart. Everybody holds their chance for happiness in their own hands, for reality is impartial to the human senses, for the truth has always been there all along. What is there really to be sad about? Should I tell you the secret? For it is love. Love grants us the sight. That’s the charm of your own making.
After watching this old movie after a hard day at work and listening to some of the dialogue of the movie you just read, I collapsed into bed, not knowing the dream I was about to have. Did this movie influence that dream? Is the result Twin Memoirs?
Until tomorrow. Good night, pleasant dreams, for tomorrow is another day.
